  • What is the weight limit for the paddleboards?

    Our 11' Tahe paddleboards have a weight limit of 260 pounds (130 kilograms).

  • Do I need to wear a life jacket while paddleboarding?

    We strongly recommend that all paddlers wear a life jacket while on the water, regardless of their swimming ability.

  • Can I paddleboard in any weather conditions?

    We closely monitor the weather and will cancel or reschedule rentals if conditions are unsafe. In general, we recommend avoiding paddleboarding in high winds, thunderstorms, or heavy rain.

  • Can I rent a paddleboard for more than one day?

    Yes, we offer multi-day rentals at a discounted rate. Please check our "Weekly rentals" page

  • What is your cancellation policy for paddleboard rentals?

    We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your rental, you will be charged the full amount. If we cancel the rental due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
