This video was made to help all levels of stand up paddlers learn how to strengthen muscles specifically used when doing SUP or stand up paddling, paddle surfing or downwind paddling.

These exercises are designed to incorporate the entire core, create shoulder and upper body endurance and strength for paddling, increase leg strength and also really challenge your balance with and without weights.
